VIP Cocktail Reception

Join us as we celebrate the Task Force’s 50th anniversary with our annual Winter Party Festival VIP Cocktail Reception. Socialize with the crème de la crème of people in our community — leaders, celebrities, influencers, and other VIPs — while you discover more about the National LGBTQ Task Force’s work and impact. This event is an exclusive opportunity for us to gather and celebrate our victories in queer liberation, recognize the challenges we face, and invest in the future of LGBTQ+ freedom, justice and equity.

This year we’ll be joined by special guests and Winter Party Festival Ambassadors Amrit Kapai and Nicholas Kouchoukos from Bravo’s Family Karma. This cocktail-style event will feature an open-bar sponsored by Bacardi, products from locally LBGTQ-owned businesses and remarks by Task Force Executive Director Kierra Johnson. The VIP Cocktail Reception raises much needed funds to support the work to protect and advance LGBTQ+ civil rights. A large portion of the proceeds from Winter Party Festival will be distributed to local LGBTQ+ organizations and programs servicing the South Florida LGBTQ+ community through the LGBTQ+ Equity Fund.
